Custom Image Upload WordPress Plugin - PHP AJAX jQuery

Are you an experienced PHP + AJAX WordPress plugin developer individual (not company)?

I have an image upload and file size optimization script, along with FTP client upload support working in WP on a live site, but need to convert it into an independent plugin with proper WP hooks for a new project.

FEATURES (download attached zip to see screenshot and files):

1. Image file upload field that allows uploading in one of the three ways:

---a. By browsing the file from the computer

---b. By Pasting Image URL directly from the web

---c. By choosing an Image from an FTP folder.

2. Accepts PNG, JPG and JPEG file formats and is auto-assigned as post’s Featured Image.

3. Original Image file will be saved to private folder (path is set inside theme [url removed, login to view] file) - assigned as Full size; named using postID-keyword (separated by hyphen/s) - auto-rename the file when Keyword is updated.

4. Preview image file is generated on the fly with AJAX, saved to public folder as set inside theme [url removed, login to view]; takes options as specified for Medium size on /wp-admin/[url removed, login to view] - assigned as Medium size; named using postID-keyword (separated by hyphen/s) - rename the file when Keyword is updated.

5. Thumbnail image file is generated on the fly with AJAX, saved to public folder as set inside theme [url removed, login to view]; takes options as specified for Thumbnail size on /wp-admin/[url removed, login to view] - assigned as Thumbnail size; named using postID.

6. Save a second copy of Thumbnail image on separate subdomain folder as set inside theme [url removed, login to view] (this is used as hotlink image for Link Sharing codes on Post page - have separate hosting server in the future)

7. Clicking “Edit Image” button will load the default WP Media “Edit Image” feature on popover window (same screen) to allow crop, rotate, flip the image horizontally/vertically or undo/redo changes.

8. All links to Image, Preview and/or Thumbnail/s must be updated when file name or format is updated.

9. Do not scale Preview image if original Image dimension is smaller than specified Medium size.

10. Auto optimize file size for web (see Spec in attachment for details and clarification).

Note: I already have the image upload and file size optimization engine, along with FTP client upload support working in WP, just need to make the whole thing an independent plugin with proper WP hooks.
