Data grabber for php backend needed

Hi, I have a beta website and i need a data grabber to get data from a 3rd party website for it, then find a way to make data available, even if the user is logged out without needing for storing usernames and passwords. The data grabber will get data from a 3rd party website and show it in various forms on my site via charts / graphs / tables etc. The website has been completed, i just need this function for the backend.
