auto email project debuging

Another service provider built this auto email project for me, unfortunately the service provider has is not arround just now so I need some help with debuging some small issues. This should be an easy job for someone who knows sql, php and ajax very well. I can supply site info if you want to look and see what the problem is before bidding.
