clickatell expert needed

We have a website which requires integration of clickatell sms gateway for the messaging part. It’s a small fix which requires triggering of sms to one or more people. Flow of transaction: Website -> DAO Gateway(mobile payment gateway) -> Clickatell gateway All design and coding required for the implementation is done and an expert is just required to enable the gateway to trigger sms on receiving successful payment completion response from DAO gateway.
