ASP/Access/Front Page finish project.

I had some computer students start this project but they never finished. It just needs to be finished. The data needs to be imported into the data base and some finishing touches need to be done. Project is for an Adoption site that I run for FREE it is a Rating for adoption workers. A survey is filled out and goes into the data base. The public can search for results and ratings. NOTE: This is a data base that is a MS access data base. I have been collecting the survey data for over a year. It is on a Front page server and the data is in txt format. I want to move it to a MS ASP/Access server, I have the servers set up and some of the work done. I need to be able to use the data in a access data base as well as make the data password protected to be seen and searched on the internet. I also need to have just a select few of questions for the general public to search and review. Think of it like a Restaurant Guide. People answer about 25 questions about their services then people will want to search by the Name of the Company see how many surveys have been done on that company and see the results.
