ASP Catalog plus idrop

I am looking to have a tool created to add drawings to my web site catalog. The catalog software was purchased from VP-ASP. I would like only certain users to be able to upload drawings to my catalog. These users would sign in. They would browse to a specific item. There would be a button on the page that only a user with “drawing upload?? rights could see. The user would click on the button and browse to the correct drawing to upload it. The tool would then automatically create idrop content on the specific catalog web page. The idrop content would include an Autodesk Inventor part file (.ipt). With the idrop content in my catalog a user/engineer with “idrop download?? rights would be able to browse my catalog. Find the item they are interested in. They would then drag a drawing file (.ipt) from my web site into Autodesk Inventor using the idrop technology.
