ASP Content Managed Website with Flash Intro

Skills needed 1)ASP/ASP.net with MySQL to CMS. 2)Flash (intro/ possible menu of main site)??" reading from XML files. 3)Photoshop/Illustrator -where required to perfect the animations. I can send a full spec to coders that are interested and have the relevant skills. Summary: FLASH: The first page (the landing/intro page) would be flash based. I have a template for a flash intro but it needs modifying. It does some of what I need but some additional animation and formatting is required. Sample link provided. (note the sample flash opens up content pages in flash ??" we don’t want this). I have more detailed info about the animation. SITE DESIGN: I have a sketch of the site design/layout ??" this will need to be created using CSS. CMS: Using the site template I require a content managed system developed in ASP. Every page needs to be editable and the ability to add new pages. Database to be used should be MySQL and the editor should be comprehensive e.g. fck editor or tinymce or similar. The editor must be able to read html (most can anyway) One of the pages will be a blog, so I think separate sections in admin would be required so that a typical blog format could be defaulted to. I need some feature to detect if flash is not installed and by pass the intro. The site has NO payment gateway. The site has NO user logins (apart from admin) Ill need a few revisions (with in reason/not major) to design/colour/layout before we complete.
