ASP.NET user interface designer/coder

Design and code the interface for a database system including screens, menu, and organization. Only user interface coding is required. I will give you a list of functions that interface elements should call (eg. update, delete, etc.) but you do not need to code the back end. You will need to be able to code data validation controls. I need someone with excellent design sense, especially for ease of use and display of data. Only minimal coding skill is required. The front end should be built in ASP.NET 2.0, using Visual Basic for code behind. Knowledge of Javascript for client side user interface functionality is an advantage. CSS based design is desirable. The system is basically contact management with some additional information. The sections will include: basic contact info, notes/history, activity history, contact preferences, and contact group involvement. There will be some screens to set up administration items such as user accounts and groups/preferences options, and some screen to choose report options and generate reports. (You do not need to create the reports. That will happen in another way.) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET 2.0, Javascript, CSS. Should run and display properly in all modern/current web browsers.
