ASP Web Application Modification

All we need to do is add two additional options in a form field when adding a particular record to the database. The web application is written in ASP, with a SQL database. The application helps us track our "Interlock" units or devices. When recording a "transaction" we can select the status for the transaction. We need to add two additional options for the status. ## Deliverables I've attached an image of the form that needs to be modified. This is the form where you select the status for the transaction record.
