Accounting and Automation for None-Profit Organization

Dears, Our customer is a none profit organization who are seeking system developers to design a system that can handle the following main functionalities: 1. Accounting System 2. Workflow Management 3. Archiving for mail (post) and documents Details of the organization, activities and requirements are in the attached file. ############################### ## PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ## ############################### 1. You should have enough experience as this project is unlike normal website design 2. You are required to submit an official proposal that we can sent to our customer. Bids without proposals are not considered and will not be responded to. 3. References and clear definition of the tools that would be used should be made clear 4. Project plan should be submitted 5. Project Duration should not exceed 4 months. 6. You are required to send all documents and tables that would be required to collect the information for the detailed system design. THIS IS A CUSTOMIZED SYSTEM. 7. The system shall have a language set of files to enable us add more languages (LTR/RTL) as needed. 8. Complete documentation of the built system shall be submitted 9. The proposal shall contain 1 year support for the software Payment Schedule [Amounts are ESCROWed as per the schedule and released on finalization the phase] 1. 20% after 2 weeks of the project award 2. 20% of the remaining amount on submission of the system design and architature 3. 50% of the remaining amount on final system delivery 4. 15% of the remaining amount on receiving the system documentation 5. 15% of the remaining amount on final UAT We want this project to be successful and would be fair in payment and providing information, but would also be very firm on delays.
