**We offer ASP.NET and SQL server based hosting and we would like** a good writer familiar with web hosting terms **to create compelling articles on our web hosting services.**
**We will supply you with a link to our web hosting services that you can use in researching our web hosting plans for these articles.**
· **Each article must be at least 1500 words**
· **We are paying $5.00 for each article accepted**
· **Any bid must be accompanied by at least 1 sample of an article that you have written.**
· **Each article will have an article header or title, abstract (short summary), and body(1500 words).**
· **The articles must have been corrected for spelling and grammatical errors before they are emailed to us. We will reject any article that is not ready to be published, because of grammatical or spelling errors.**
· **Articles must be submitted immediately in batches of 5 as they are written. Any batch or individual article may be rejected for poor content, spelling errors, grammatical errors or copyright violation.**
· **Each article must be original. Do not copy any article from a book or from an internet page of any other copyrighted material. Violation of this will result in immediate cancellation of the contract (no matter how many articles have already been written) and the issue will be referred to RentACoder.**
· **The articles must be completed within one month.**
· **If you are awarded a bid, based on the feedback from our readers, you may get future jobs directly to you without inviting other writers. (This is solely our discretion, we reserve the right not to use your services at any time).**
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
