Aweber api interaction (ASP)

*Must Be ASP please do not bid if you are going to request to write it in any other language* We are looking for a asp based application that will use the oauth 1.0 framework to interact with aweber's api system to verify a users email address based on a returned querystring to a page. **The concept goes like this** The User lands on a thanks and download page, this page will receive the users email address via a querystring. At this point we wish to take that querystring and run a check on aweber to see if the email address is part of a selected list (this must be editable by our in house programmers so code commenting is a required part of the project.) This check would be done and return either a true or false response to the page so we can continue to process their membership or stop it if the false response is received. Any other questions please ask before you bid because as stated above do **NOT** request to write this in any other language other than classic asp as your bid will be rejected it is a requirement of the project that it be built in asp.
