BeMatchedUtah.com needs a register/login form and member database!

[login to view URL] is under construction and is in need of a programmer to assist in some of the scripting of the site. The basic structure of this script/database includes: Register Form --> Visitors can register (Name, Email, Username, Password) in order to sign-up for a speed-dating session. After registering, it would be nice if they were sent an email with their username/password and a link to log-in. Log-In Form --> Those who have registered can now login, which will then send them to a page where they can fill out a form to sign up for a speed-dating session on the date of their choice. Since we already have their name and email, this form would now only ask for: Phone Number, Session Date (Calendar pop-up would be great), and Time (7:00 or 9:00 PM) This next part is the most difficult part of the script, as far as I'm aware -- There's a limit of 250 people per session, so if there are 250 people signed up for the 7 o'clock session on the 30th of May, no one else should be capable of signing up for that session. Somehow it should be greyed out on the pop-up calendar, or removed from a drop-down menu or something. A drop-down menu, rather than a calendar, would probably make it much easier. So if you'd rather do that, then that's fine. But basically, we need to make sure that no more than 250 people sign up for one session at a time. Once someone has filled out this form, the results will be stored in the database. The information can then be exported as a spreadsheet by logging into a simple admin page and downloading the spreadsheet (or if you know an easier way to view Member information on a spreadsheet... let me know.) We need to be able to print out a list of the people who have signed up. The list will be organized by session... so, for example, the spreadsheet will display all of the people who have signed up for May 25th at 7PM. It would be great if there was a way to log-in to an admin page and select a specific date, which would then export a spreadsheet with the list of people who have signed up for that day only, rather than for every date in the database. To make sense of it, imagine that you are running this company and need a list of the people who are coming in for speed-dating today. It would be nice to simply log-in to an admin area of the site, choose today's date, and download/print out the spreadsheet which displays the list of people who have signed up for today's 7:00 and 9:00 sessions. Hopefully that makes sense. ;) It would also be great if the script was organized in a way that it could be easily edited in the future. Neatly put together with notes in the script files themselves is always nice! Also, PHP would be great as well -- that way, we can incorporate it into the design smoothly with PHP includes. If you have any easier ways of achieving this, by all means- let us know! We're really just guessing how this could all work. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
