Bulk Email Delivery Software

I need a Bulk Email Delivery Program capable of standard functions and delivery of large email lists (unlimited capable). I would like a coder that has worked with these programs before and understands the technology and/or allready has code or a program existing that they can tweak to our needs. The program will need to work off of .txt file email lists and have the capability to unsubscribe recipients from the lists (in one step, meaning it would send nothing back to the recipient after they unsubscribe) as well as remove "dead" or undeliverable emails from the list as well. If you have suggesstions for this program, ew would love to hear them as well. Needs to operate in Windows 98 and above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
