C# CMS/Site/Members - Copy From Existing Site & Change Industry

I have an existing site that was built by a team of programmers that has a cms, members section, [login to view URL] payment info, and front end look/feel. The site works great and we really like it. However, we want to mirror the way the site works and build another site for a different industry. We want to reuse 90% of the backend code/database because the same basic principles of the site exist but we are changing the look/feel and some key terms/fields to match the new industry. The existing site is: <[login to view URL]> The new site will work the same way (leads, directory, payments) except it will be for a different industry. The site is written in c#, uses sql database, and uses authorize.net. I am looking for a very strong developer or a team who can knock this out in 1 week. I know the requirements are very not very clear. The design is already done and we have html mockups for the new layout. There may need to be some graphic work in adding some banners but the majority of the work will be on the functionality. The developer must have the ability to spend time on this and work till the project is complete. The programmer needs to have experience with [login to view URL] or is capable of figuring it out. I will give the programmer(s) all the code for the existing site that we want to mirror and reuse. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
