Calendar Application.
Need major help with some arrays for this. I need someone to design me a big calendar view that user can click on the square and a email get sent to them.
What happens in the backend is where it gets difficult.
This is an example:
I have 4 people at a site replacing laptops for users. What I want to do is the user click on the date/time that they want theres replaced. Now cause I have 4 people I can can book 4 people in for replacement at 9am once there is 3 users booked for 9am I want that square to go black so that the next hour is the only hour to choose from. The table has to have all the hours there so users can click on any hour they want.
That is how the system will work but the complicated bit is as follows:
1. I have 2 people between the hours of 12am - 2pm the people go on lunch two at a time so 2 at 12am and 2 at 1pm so even though I have 4 people I only want to allow 2 bookings during each hour and then at 3pm to carry on using all 4 people.
2. Users can change there times/dates.
3. The people will change from day to day so I will have 4 people on Monday and maybe 2 people on Tuesday so it has to take into account the number of people versus the max bookings allowed for each hour.
THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPROTANT THAT IT WORKS AS IS
