Chat system similar to phplivesupport

I need a chat system for live support similar to [url removed, login to view] but simpler Requirements: 1- Developed in ASP or ColdFusion (not PHP) 2- Web visitor clicks on "live support online" image and a chat window opens. Browsers based (Will consider Java applets). 3- The help support person on the web (can be in a different country) running Windows gets a notification. Preferably a system tray agent icon flashing or popup. 4- Support person clicks on the systray icon to chat with web visitor. Support client can be browser or Windows client. 5- Must be firewall friendly. NO special ports to be opened for chat connection. 6- Toggle the availability image on the site between offline/online mode from the live support's machine. Whatever method is used should be firewall friendly. 7- If currently chatting, new chat requests should get a message that support person is currently busy chatting with another visitor.
