Conversion of Access sript to SQL

I have a News script that is built in Access. I need the files and database tables to be converted to SQL 2000. I would like to have good documentation of the conversion process and the table import process.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
