Convert Html to ASP Web Site Redesign

I did a quick html mark up of our new design you can see here? <[login to view URL]> I attempted to convert the new design into asp for the new template of my website but I messed something up Basically i want it to look like the html version but formatted similar to what i have now for example when you scroll over the side links now it is white and turns to black when you scroll over the new version should be black and change to white on scroll over I have attached the original version and my attempted version if you have any questions need other files or more information feel free to ask. thank you ## Deliverables Original and attempted coding files
