Convert VB.Net app. to ASP.net web based app.

I have a VB.Net application (source code etc.) that I need to have converted to an ASP.net web based application. The application is Google Keyword scraper tool that pulls keywords data from Googles External keyword Tool. So this project would suit a programmer who has experience developing scraper applications. The .zip file attached contains the current working application,(and source code) so that you can see how the app. currently functions. The successful programmer must convert this VB.Net application to a ASP.net web based application without functional errors and also fully test the final app. ón a Windows server to ensure a totally bug free conversion.
