Data Entry Pages

We are looking to convert our MS Access Product Data Entry program to be Web Based. The platform is not important as long as it is either PHP or ASP. We have the tables built in MS SQL and can convert to MYSQL. The data entry is robust, we will provide you a working copy of the MS Access program to see how it works and the error trapping built into the system. Bidders should be highly rated and be able to show examples of past work performed. The bidder should also be able to demonstrate the ability to complete this project in a timely fashion. We require the winning bidder to meet the following additional requirements: 1. Communication: a. Daily status updates via email and availability for phone conversation b. Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written & spoken 2. All work shall be fully documented and provided to us upon completion. Changes to any code shall be clearly commented. We will provide an example of what we consider acceptable documentation. 3. Milestones and timelines will be agreed upon prior to beginning work. The need for the occasional adjustment to timelines or milestones is understandable; however any changes must be requested at least 2 working days in advance and approved by us. Failure to meet agreed upon timelines or other requirements will be reflected accordingly in the final payment. If you decide to bid on this project do NOT send a cookie cutter introduction or response, those will be deleted without review.
