Debug 3 Problems with ASP.NET, VB.Net, and Ajax.

I have three bugs in my application that I need help in solving, I also would like a bit of tutoring on the side on general ASP.NET questions as well as Grid View and Data Grid View. Because my code is not Open Source I cannot hand a copy of it over to anyone. But, I can explain the issues, walk you through how I am doing it, provide snippets of problem spots (generically the same as what my code is), and answer questions. I am a decent programmer and understand a great many things, unfortunately, I occasionally over look some really stupid things. Here are my problems: 1. My application seems to refresh on every event fired off, most I accept, but I have a Ajax Tabbed Container that I don't think should refresh when changing from tab to tab. 2. My session killer that I need to use to remove displayed page data from the database is not working properly. I know the IIS servers normal session timeout in 20 minutes, so I need to kill mine after 19 minutes of inactivity and clear the screen data. 3. I need to Freeze the Header Column of my Grid View's. 4. Tutoring: I need someone that can example how Grid Views work, in it's many shapes and column form types. This would be to a intermediate level of understanding. 5. Tutoring: I need someone that can answer some general questions that I have about ASP.NET. Feel free to ask me for any further details that you may need to know. I need to hire someone by Friday at the latest and be done with this by Tuesday of next week; so about 4 days more or less. I do not see this as very much work if you truly know ASP.NET, VB.NET, and the Ajax part is a very small element of this. Preference will be shown to those that can prove their capabilities, not just say, "Yes, I do that, no problem." We would be talking over instant messenger, and/or a live chat system.
