Desktop Share, Similar to teamviewer

The individual will be able to select any part of his or her desktop to share. There needs to be a chat box and a webcam system as well. Similar to remote desktop in a sense but very easy to use over a website. This needs to be EXTREMELY USER FRIENDLY.
