Display Website Database containing address and locations on street map

Hello, We have a database of scraped details about specific business and individuals. This database contains approximately 800,000 records. Approximately 10% or 80,000 of them have physical address's. We need a website built that provides a map and search functionality similar to hipmunk dot com. It will need to allow people to search based off of their region(zip code) as well as search through the records using the name of the business/individual. It will also have a filter option as shown highlighted in the top left of the attached file. However it will filter based upon 1 of 4 possible status's assigned to the record. It will also need to show a pop up window for each record similar to what is shown in the attached example. This popup window will contain the info shown on the DB records. None of the information in the database or in the popup window will be dynamic. It is all contained in the DB and any external links will point to static links contained in the records. It is essentially a copy of hipmunks functionality without the live data feeds, dynamic data and external links. This is NOT an affiliate website and we will not be processing transactions on this site, it is only informational. Thank you, Sean
