Distinctive Home Tours was created 7 years ago to create animated slide shows of real estate for sale.? These slide shows are labeled as virtual tours and sold to real estate agents. What I would like to do is find a development team to take the work I have done over the last 7 years, streamline that work and make a number of improvements to the application and the virtual tour presentation. I would like for a developer or team of developers to take the current web application and create a single flash based management tool that allows clients to do all functionality of the site from one location.? This should be a combination of flash, xml and either asp.net, asp or php.? The database should be updated from access to either mysql or mssql. ## Deliverables The steps to complete this project are: ? ? ? ? ? ? 1. Developer will need to analyze current system and work within the confines of current system documenting and writing a systems manual as changes are made. 2. This folder will be created when the user starts the tour process.? Inside this folder will be the xml and image files that create each virtual tour.? Developer will have access to a mirror webserver to work on and test.? This mirror site will have all the files currently found on [login to view URL] for developer to examine.? The new files that are almost complete are also here and can be used as reference. 4. Bulk upload of images is a requirement of new system.? Website needs to be cross browser compatible and work with internet browsing settings set to tools/internet options/browsing history/settings/automatic.? I have had problems with image caching.? I think uploading the images through flash will eliminate this problem. 5. Link the flash tool to the appropriate pages in the site. 6. Create new system for images to zoom in or out.? This should look exactly like sample found on [[login to view URL]][1] .? Add this to the swf file that creates the tours.? The developer will need to modify my current virtual tour template to accomplish this.? 7. The final product should not look radically different from current design. 8. Developer will need to modify the pdf creator so that custom html can be added by an administrator.? I have the building blocks of this system complete, it just needs to be refined by the developer. 9. Developer needs to modify the featured listings page creator so that custom html pages can be added by administrator.? I have the building blocks of this system complete, it just needs to be refined by the developer. 10. Developer needs to upgrade current system from access database to either mysql or mssql. 11. Developer needs to integrate system where I can add new designs to the tour template that can then be selected by client from a drop down box.? This will appear in the select style section of flash tool.? I will supply 3 new style designs and these need to be included into flash tool. 12. Developer needs to include a better system for previewing music that is included in tour. 13. Developer needs to add link in virtual tour for viewers to go to featured listings page. 14. Developer should use includes files so that it is easy to move project to other servers.? This is how current site is designed. 15. Developer needs to create new transitions between images in the virtual tour.? These transitions should be selectable by the client during the tour building process.? Examples of new transitions will be provided to developer. 16. As part of the bulk upload process clients should be able to select automatic virtual tour.? This process would do a bulk upload and place all of the images in bulk upload into virtual tour with images at 1024 pixels by 768 pixels randomly zooming in or out and panning. 17. The download compact disc function needs to be rewritten.? Currently the client has to download each image and xml doc individually.? I want this rewritten using the ChilkatZip2 activex component installed on the server.? If the developer knows of a better component for creating dynamic cds I will take their advice.? Developer must be a full time programmer or team of programmers available for work in near future on similar projects and additional upgrades to this system. 19.
