asp.net UPS rate calculator

i need the following functionality for a small site I am developing. I currently have a site selling food products. the products are listed in a catalog online. I now need you to create the ability to determine shipping using the UPS XML API in ASP.NET USING VB from my catalog, they need to click on a link for a given item, and it takes them to a page that determines the shipping price. all ups processing logic must be written as a web service in vb i will pass in item number, description, amount, special instructions through an http post to this web service you then: collect all billing information there should be a check box. "ship to different address". if unchecked then all shipto fields should be disabled. if checked then all shipto fields can be filled out. once pertinent fields are filled out the user clicks "next" which does an XML post to UPS, determines the shipping price, and dispalys it to the user with the rest of their information about the order. Again, this portion must be within a web service (input parameters are UPS UserId & Password, Key, zipcode and other required fields (you will tell me what I need and I will tell you the parameters to use) error handling should be built in for ASPX fields, ASPX required fields, ASMX UPS errors, etc. form fields I will post to your app you develop: id = item id name = name of item price = price of item weight = weight of item other fields as determined by you to make this work you should be able to test in your own environment using your own UPS key (free). I need to be able to test your app from my office to wherever you have this project hosted until I determine it is working properly. So my page will post to your page which will demonstrate all actions outlined above from your site with my data. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation instructions that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
