We have immediate need for experts in ASP.NET to work on new project.
The project is middle size project. Need at least two full time .net developer for one month. Plus graph designer and tester.
If you are one man shop and doing part time, please do not consider this job.
The web site is middle of design phase. We want to make sure your team has skills to do the most difficult part. We want to develop this in .net 2005 and sql server 2000 or 2003. C# is preferred language. Vb can be considered.
Please only bid if you can provide an example work you have been a part of in the past.
Here is few requirement
* The web site must be able to handle 10,000 concurrent user.
* must familiar with [[url removed, login to view]][1]web.ui.
* the project involves some difficult SQL statement. You must have person with advanced SQL skill
* the project will be translated into another language. The structure of program must consider this.
* Must familiar with wizard development. We plan to use Microsoft web wizard control
* We will provide simple layout for each web page. You will turn all the page into professional web page.
* You must document your code so that other people can read it. Your team must show daily progress.
Project is priced at $3000 with another $1000 early finish bonus. After that, we will pay $300 each month for at least three month to fix bugs that show up. The total will be $5600 and above.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
