Concrete5 PHP Path Script

Summary We need a script written which will deal with the PATH_INFO issue when installing Concrete 5 CMS. The Issue When uploading the install files and after having turned off PHP Safe mode as well as CHMOD'ing the specific files and folders required, the Concrete 5 "Testing Required Items" page that you use to install and set the database requirements, reports an error: "Support for C5 Request URLs Concrete cannot parse the PATH_INFO or ORIG_PATH_INFO information provided by your server." The Script Requirement This error can be fixed manually by using root access and changing parameters but I need a script created which can be uploaded to the root of the install directory which displays a form where the user can complete the required fields for the log in information and paths etc so that when executed it fixes the issue. The script needs to pick up as many parameters automatically as possible ideally so that all the user needs to do is provide the root password. It should display any paths so that they are editable in case the path needs to be changed for any reason.
