Asterisk PHP Script to Kill zombie SIP channels or connections - Corrected

I need a script that can run as a cron job that will clear or otherwise kill zombie SIP channels on my asterisk server. I prefer that you write this in PHP. After your script runs, it should send an email to report which channels were killed and how many if possible. I'm using asterisk 1.8.13.0 now.
