create a midi file from mp3

hi

i need someone who knows how to create midi files,

this bid is for a long term

i want a bid for creating 100 midi files from mp3 files

i include a sample mp3 which i want to convert to a midi file,

if you want to bid you MUST make a midi of this mp3 and include it to the bid

the midi should be polyphonic!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
