custom J2ME for Motorola Razr v3

This is the first phase of an experiment to prove a concept on Motorola Razr v3. I need to be able to select a contact from the address book and dial it out the mini-USB port. Need dependable programmer to write J2ME for Motorola Razr v3 or v3x. - Activate the program from Games and Application or in Main Menu. - Allow me to have access to the address book from the J2ME app. - When I select a number, press dial, the program converts the numbers to analog signal (dial tones) to be send out via mini-USB to an external analog device connected to the USB cable. - Program also allows me to dial a new number from the keypad and have it automatically dial out the mini-USB port. - Need to also have ability to save the new number to address book (with name attached). This one is not essential at this moment but will need for next phase. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): The buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform On Motorola Razr v3 or v3X mobile phone for initial research.
