To be developed as Module for Boonex Dolphin. Developer must have previous Dolphin Experience.

Module is installed and available to any users with "Rights" based on ACL. Generally this will be a moderator/admin tool.
The objective is to allow admin/moderators to keep track of interactions with members and non-members. Interactions could include, notes on member behaviors, suspensions, warnings, membership offers, complaints by other members…. Basically notes about a member/non-member.
This system will contain many of the elements of a "Contact Management Solution" also known as CRM. Additional Functions that would be desired at a later time would include:
Ability to associate an uploaded file, photo, etc. with a contact (but not have viewable to general public and members.
Ability to assign Follow Up date/Task/Action to a particular Contact.
Because the system will track both members and non-members, a separate database will be required that allows the creation and storing of "contact" information. This would include email, address, name, IP, etc. Also, this data will be made available for use in mailings, and therefore will require some categorization/list assignment. For example I may wish to create a mailing to all people who are interested in receiving a particular newsletter. This would require the ability to assign people to "lists" which could be accomplished using the category capabilities in boonex.
