Astrology-like Chart Calculation Program

DO NOT BID ON THIS IF YOU DON'T HAVE ASTROLOGY CHART PROGRAMS TO SHOW IN YOUR PORTFOLIO This job is to build a web based program that will calculate charts similiar to an astrology chart calculator. The user inputs their birth data and the program calculates the angles of the planets and plots them on a visual chart. The chart looks totally diferent from a normal astrology chart chart but the base calculation is the same. Once the base calculation is made there are several extra steps to be made. Once the chart is created the user should be able to see it on their member page of the site, print it out, or save it to the desktop as a jpg. I am not clear what platform to build this on so am open to suggestions. The program needs to be integrated with the current php site. THe user can input several charts and keep them in their personal image galery, or chart galery. I will decide the budget based on your feedback. It will be above the budget range of $30-100.
