Similar web site creation project

Demand to develop the web site which user upload the their picture and detecting face first and estimates the age attributes & their gender from face of photo that they uploaded it.

Bench mark site - [url removed, login to view] (it's korean language but you can test it out)

Profession might need it under

- Fast Image processing

- Face Detection

- Facial Recognition (so you can estimate the age & gender)

Features Need it under

- Upload the picture to the server by user

- Face Detection from uploaded photo by user

- Facial Recognition might need to be estimates the Age & Gender

- Search the Uploaded photo by Image database (might using Google Image Search Engine) & find similar photo and displaying on the web site.

Age & Gender Estimation have not to be Accurate! I know it can't be accurate.

It could be very similar to bench mark site which I provided on above it.
