AVUE Anti Virus Update Executor

In a intranet without internet the clients have Norton AV that it must periodically be update. I need that the file of updating NAV (es. [url removed, login to view]) is automatically distributed in all the clients of the lan and launched. I need a program that creates an executable that contains the file of updating NAV, that distributes it in all the clients and execute it without prompt of the userses. When I execute the program it asks me the name and the directory of NAV file and my ICQ, I write es. c:\symantec\update\[url removed, login to view], ICQ 12345678; the program creates a file. exe that contains [url removed, login to view], copy it in all the clients of the lan, like a viral function, in %WIN%\[url removed, login to view], execute it and then it notify me the execution.
