Access to my MS COM component functions from VB

My software product is Freight+ Shipping Manifest System. It is certified by UPS/FedEx/DHL/US Postal and supports LTL Carriers.
What I need is a VB programmer to create a simple call to my COM object from VB so I can post it on my web site as an example of how to call my Freight+ COM object from VB.
In Visual Foxpro it only requires four lines of code to accomplish this task but in VB I'm not familiar with the required coding.
In VFP the steps are:
1. Create an instance of the COM Object
x = CREATEOBJECT("[login to view URL]")
2. Create the ship-to address record in Freight+
x.frt_header("Gary","TEST COMP","32808 Alderbrk","","Wildomar","CA","92595","9096784545","USA","UPS GRNC","","VERBAL","11221","ACP1",5,1,.t.)
3. Add any line items to be shipped.

4. Commit the transaction to Freight+ Shipping System.

I need someone to duplicate the above sample code in VB and send it to me to test. I will need instructions on how to test.. I have VB.Net installed on my R&D machine but am not fimiluar with VB.
What the code does is place a ship-to address and line items into the Freight+ shipping database. It also has a parameter to have Freight+ pop-up inside the VB application real-time as you post the data. All with only the four lines of code in VFP.
If required I can install Freight+ on the VB programmers work station and configure so they can test.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
