C++/ActiveX AutoDownload Script

I'm looking for a Programmer who is skilled in (Windows Application Coding) - C++ and ActiveX (used together with html). Here is what we currently do: To have an auto download function for exe files, we sign each exe file seperatly with a certificate. What we want to have : We would like to have a program which we sign 1 time and this programm will then load an other speicified exe file onto the clients computer and run it. The Program itself should be together with signature, upx exe compression, maybe cab compression (if needed) like 5 to 7kb in size, and it should provide some kind of bar, which indicates the progress of the download. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
