Am I correct in assuming you require the Betfair site scraped? Or do you have a betfair account in which case you require the program to utilise the Betfair API? My own program pretty much does these yhings that you're looking for. I don't know Mozzarbet and if it'w straightforward to read the odds from their site. You'll need to have means to identify the team names at these twp sites (betfair and Mozzarbet). I have been using a text file to map together the teams. I'm interested in helping you and hope we can work together.
