Binary Tree c++ program

Hello I've included a program that I have been working on for two days now and can't get to run certain parts of it. I need somebody to look at it and without changing any functions find what the minor problem is with my program. Options 7,8,9 don't work and I have them commented out. I will pay 10 bucks to whom can fix this problem I'm desperate and I only have 5 hrs to complete it. Its probably something real little don't bid on this without looking at the program and seeing if you can fix it.
