CSUI Update

An update and a bugfix is required for an existing PHP GUI running on Red Hat/CentOS Linux and Apache. The bugfix is related to a change in Postgresql between versions 7.4 and 8. The update is to add functionality to an existing page. A server will be available running CentOS 5 with access via SSH following agreement to our NDA ## Deliverables Bug429 - Unable to create any workable users because entry in user table has no password. OK under CentOS 4, fails in CentOS 5 NW181 - Add new functionality to 'Edir Spot' page of GUI. See specification attached
