This project is to be done in c++. The display should be just like a regular [url removed, login to view] should convert the decimal numbers to hex an vice-versa. For that it should take only 11 numbers, if entered in decimal, no more and no less. And if entered in hex it should take only 8 numbers and letters, or numbers only, no more and no less. The trick in the process is that if the digits are entered in decimal(11 numbers), the software should take the first three numbers and convert them to hex separatly from the other 8 numbers. And if entered in hex it should take the first 2 numbers and convert them separatly to decimal. The output for a number would be something as follows: dec 123-45678910 hex [url removed, login to view] should have all the buttons (numbers, that is) 0-9. And it should have other 2 selections hex and dec
and it should display both dec and hex at the same time. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
