Clustering using windows MSCS api

I am looking for someone who has prior experience making a windows service application cluster aware using the MSCS api. I need this person to provide working sample C/C++ programs that demonstrate clustering and failover. The programs can be simple and do not need to do anything except make the appropriate windows api calls to make them cluster aware. The person also needs to be able to explain some concepts related to making a program cluster aware.
