Connecting to a USB device via C++ or C#

Hi. I need a C# wrapper which will connect to this device: <[login to view URL]> , the usb one. I only need to open a connection get the image and close the connection. So what I need is a C++ dll, or C# but I don't know if it is possible to make it in C#, and a wrapper or if you are more in C++ I can do that myself that will do the above functions. The person which will send first a demo or something similar will get the job. Here are the links to the PDF's technical manual: <[login to view URL]> and to some example sources in C++ I have some sources that are rewriretten from the one above, but are not exactly what I need. So there must be changed.
