Creation of OCX from C++ libraries

You will create an OCX, for use with VB, C#, Delphi, and other appropriate languages. This OCX will be based on DGNdirect, an advanced read/view/modify/write library written in C++. The OCX will be written in C++, and will include a complete and extensible API, mirroring the functionality of DGNdirect. You will additionally create a sample viewer program, written in VB, that exercises the API of the OCX. The API, and all your work, will be reviewed and approved by the Chief Software Architect for DGNdirect. This means you need to be a very good programmer.
## Deliverables
1) An API specification, prior to delivery of the final code.
2)A fully-functional working sample viewer program and OCX as well as complete documented source code and Visual Studio .NET 2003 project files of all work done.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Seller will execute a legally binding copyright assignment on all work, and will additionally execute a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement, and an agreement defining the elements of the project.

Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 and newer. All currently used Microsoft Windows variants that support OCXs, 98 up, including CE.
