Data Entry/Import/Export

We need a tiny application for Data Entry/Import/Export. The application will be emailed to users so there needs to be an installer file. The user needs to be able to enter data into a form or import and map from standard file formats like Excel, csv, delimited file, etc. The user will be entering contact type information of about 30 fields so each field can be 50 to 75 characters. The fields can all be text and placed in 3 columns and 10 rows. They entry box can be 30 characters with two spaces in between so that the display width is 94 characters. The text box can allow for 50 characters entered by allowing the text to scroll. The application administrator needs to be able to specify the custom label for the field. The label can be placed above the text box. The data file will be emailed back to the data center. So, the application needs export to standard file formats or map to a database and transfer by standard database drivers such as MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server. The user will have very old computer systems with very little disk space or RAM memory so the smallest footprint application possible is needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
