use list containers and iterators to add two polynomials of the form XN + XM + ... + c where N and M are powers and and c is a constant. The polynomials can be represented as a list of structs which has two fields power coefficient. For example, X4 + 5 X2 + 7 will be represented as (4, 1) (2, 5) (0, 7). To add two polynomails, you would have to check that power value are same in the cells and then add the coefficient. If coefficient of one of powers in a polynomial is missing then the coeeficient and power of the other polynomial is simply copied in the output list. If the coefficent after addition is '0' then that coefficient and power needs to be left out and NOT copied. For example, adding X4 + 5X2 + 7 and 4X4 + 3X3 -5 X2 + 7 X + 8 would give 5X4 + 3X3 + 7X + 15. Do not destroy the old polynomial lists.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
just a c++ source code so i can conpile it at a later date.
