C++ MFC Product Bug Fixing and Enhancement

We are a software company based in UK and require a development partner to help with bug fixing and new development. ? The products were developed in MS Visual C++ v6 using MFC, parts have also been developed in Visual Studio 2003 and use MS SQL Server 2005 and SQL client. ? Additional work in ASP and Java may also be required.
We expect this contract to become a regular source of work for the preferred supplier and anticipate that there will be at least one task per month, ongoing.
## Deliverables
We will sign a NDA with the supplier, provide access to our code and then invite them to undertake work on a fixed price basis. ? The process will work as follows:
1) We identify a task (bug fix or new feature) and document it.
2) We will create a test routine that will be used to determine that the work has been done to the required standard.
3) Supplier will be given items 1 and 2 and we will provide any clarifications.
4) Supplier will document approach, fixed cost and timescale for the task and when agreed by us, we will fund an Elance Escrow.
5) Supplier will develop code and test it locally, then develop a build of the product that includes the fix / new feature.
6) We will test the new build to confirm work and that the new code has not changed anything else in the build. ?
7) Supplier will check in code to VSS and produce a build on our UK build PC (using Logmein)
8) Escrow funds will be released.
Please only bid for this work if you are happy working for fixed fees, on a task by task basis through Escrow.
We are based in the UK and require that the developer is available from 0900 until at least 1500 our time so that communication with our team can happen throughout our working day.
We do not mind if the supplier is one person or a company. ? In your bid please provide information about your background and experience, number of developers and identify who will do the actual work. ? We will wish to interview the developer prior to appointing as a preferred supplier.
