C Programming Project (Easy)

This program will keep track of win-tied-loss and points earned records for team. There are 6 teams and each week there are three games (one game per team per week). The program should first prompt the user to enter the number of weeks (up to 10 weeks in total). Then, for each week, the program should prompt for each game, the team numbers that played followed by the score of the game. Enter the team numbers and game scores in an array within the program rather than user typing at command prompt. After reading in each week, the program should print out the win-tied-loss records and points earned for each team. A win is two points, tied game is one point and a loss is zero points. Modify to compute and print for each team the total points scored for and against. II) Modify your game standings project to predict a future game. After all the statistics have been printed, the program should prompt the user for two teams. The computer will predict the winner by choosing the team that has the best record. For example, after printing out the statistics, the program might: What teams will play next week? 1 2 I predict Team 1 will win. Modify your program to be more sophisticated in predicting the winner. For example, you could base the prediction on average score margin. Assume that the second team entered each week is the home team. You might give some extra weight in your prediction to the home team. You might also check to see if the two teams have played before and who won and perhaps by how much. Your program must be broken into 4-5 different functions, static arrays only.
