Prompt user for last name, first name, hours worked, hourly wage. Calculate employee paycheck amounts based on the following criteria. Federal tax, state tax and benefit deductions. I can supply the specific criteria. Present the following on the screen for each employee: Employee's full name, employee's gross wage(before tax and benefit deductions) and employee's net wage(after tax and benefit deductions). The program must conclude when the word STOP is given as an employee name.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. Need comments as to what is going on in the source code. This program must be written in C and able to compile. The C compiler will operate on a windows 98/2000 operating system.

The program will be working on a windows 98/2000 platform.
## Deadline information
must be complete by 5 o'clock on 8/1/2002. I had to put 8/2/2002 as the completion date in order for the system to accept it but it needs to be done by 5 o'clock on 8/1/2002.
