Hi Bidders,
We are a new company in Asia and we are looking for someone to create a Car Dealership Portal with a sophisticated backend administration system. The frontend (such as graphics and webdesigns) will be provided in PSD and it is important for the Bidder/Winner to build a full feature database in the backend and link this to the graphical work (frontend.
As an example, we want to create something similar like [url removed, login to view]
We are dividing the project into 3 Phases, this bid is only for the 1st Phase since we just want to create the search functionalities for cars, motorbikes, van’s and accessories. (For Phase 2 and Phase 3 we are looking to extend our services; such as financial institutions or insurers, and we would require a more sophisticated backend – tbc after Phase 1)
This contract will consists of the following:
+ Homepage with search box and adspaces (plus 5-10 additional pages depending on the web flow, pref. some flash for flash but not necessary).
+ Homepage will have featured cars - flash/html as selected in admin module that will rotate/change depending on options in admin (We have created a template already, please email us for a copy of the requirement document).
+ News area displaying our company news and/or other industry news - on homepage with a link to either detail story on our site or links to external site.
+ Popup survey's (controlled by admin) presented either when leaving site or while on site.
+ Integration of Live Support option (powered by [url removed, login to view] or similar) that will be active based on work hours.
+ Inventory Module including video upload and playback (or via Youtube and vimeo)
+ Detailed Vehicle description with photos and video playback
+ Multiple photo management with description of photos and details i.e. rollover zooms etc.
+ Email/contact dealer info form with complete dealer info policy etc. similar to like [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] when viewing inventory.
+ Newsletter signup - So we can send out HTML Newsletter to a list with admin management. Either a built in CMS or we can create an HTML page/email and then select the users in our list (sorted by last name, city, etc) to send out the letter.
+ Ability to Email listing to friend and other social media functionalities.
+ Special request form for a specific car that we have or maybe able to get or Request trade in value for your car
+ Additional Features to include a comparison Button allowing users to select multiple cars and display them side by side for comparison
